Celebrating 10 Years of Changing Lives with Literacy

During the past decade, the JLOC has developed projects at dozens of community agencies, given away thousands of books, trained numerous volunteers – all with the intent of changing lives through literacy.

"Say Good-night" to our 10 year Focus on Literacy

In celebration of the League’s 10 year focus area of  “Changing Lives Through Literacy”, JLOC has published a commemorative children’s book, Goodnight OKC.

This book highlights the extraordinary city that we live in as well as the importance of literacy at school and in the home. Read the article in The Oklahoman here.
