Dear Members,

It is an incredible honor to serve as President of the Junior League of Oklahoma City. I’m humbled to lead our community’s most dynamic, passionate and driven group of women. Every time I hear your stories or see your commitment in action—whether in a committee meeting, a volunteer shift or a leadership role—I’m recharged and reminded of the power we have when we come together with purpose.

As we step into our 98th year, we do so with bold vision and renewed energy. This year, we are launching a new strategic plan that will guide our work in deepening community partnerships, strengthening Member development and expanding our impact. This plan is more than a roadmap—it’s a call to action. It challenges us to think bigger, lead with purpose and serve with intention. It reflects who we are and who we aspire to be: a League that is responsive, resilient and relentlessly focused on making a difference in the lives of our Members and in our community. Once it’s rolled out this summer, I invite you to share your thoughts—I hope each of you sees yourself in both our present and our future.

We are committed to investing in our Members through meaningful training, leadership opportunities and intentional connection. We are also doubling down on our commitment to the community by aligning our efforts with the most pressing needs in Oklahoma City. Our community is counting on us in big ways and none of this happens without you.

Just as I’ve challenged our board of directors and leaders to be daring, I challenge you as well: be daring in your volunteer service, be daring in your willingness to learn, be daring in your leadership and in how you show up for one another and for our community. The legacy we’re building is shaped by the commitment of every JLOC member.

Together, we will honor the past, lead in the present, and shape the future. While you may not see it right now, your service in JLOC is paving the way for the women who come behind us and making our community better for those around us. I can’t wait to see what we accomplish this year—because I know it will be nothing short of extraordinary.
