JLOC HEADQUARTERS PROCEDURES FOR MEMBERS & VISITORS

We look forward to welcoming you back to JLOC headquarters. Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have all faced challenges in ways that we could never have imagined as we navigate our community. We understand that many are eager to meet with other members face-to-face for trainings, meetings, events, and other activities. Please review the guidelines for information about in-person gatherings.

Headquarters will be open to members on THURSDAYS ONLY through August 7, 2020. The building will be staffed from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and open for evening meetings on Thursdays only. Ideally, we ask that each person entering the building coordinate visits with their Council VP so staff will be alerted. While the building is open and a staff member will be present on Thursdays during the day, we want to encourage members to only visit if necessary.

Members and Visitors will sign an oath before entering the building. The oath will include language stating the visitor believes they are temperature and COVID-19 symptom-free, and visitors will agree to leave the building if they are coughing and/or appear ill.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we worked to develop a re-engagement plan that focuses on our work in the community as well as the health of members, guests, and partners. It is our responsibility as members of the Junior League of Oklahoma City to prioritize health and lead by example.
